My Gear
For the last 10 years or so my main axe was a large bore 1956 Selmer Paris trumpet that I picked up from Dick Akright at A&G Music in the East Bay.
In January 2011 I picked up a vintage Schilke B3 medium-large bore trumpet with the famous beryllium bell. This is now my everyday axe.
I play on a Monette B4 gold plated mouthpiece, as well as a Schilke 15.
My main keyboard is a weighted 88-key Roland A-90. For organ gig I play on the classic Roland Vk-7.
